He tries to hit the gym in the early hours of the day, and most of his days are filled with conducting Zoom calls.

Halladay explained that one of his early mentors taught him to always surround himself with people smarter than himself.

He bounces ideas off the people around him and eventually has a solid idea to work with.

Halladay was also asked about modern trends and which ones excite him.

Halladay expressed excitement for technology.

He explained that he spent the majority of his career around new technology and was able to watch it evolve over time.
